适用于土石混填路基的智能压实技术应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 土石混填料为山区公路路基填筑最主要的原料,由于土石混填料级配差、不稳定等特点,难以控制土石混填路基压实质量。智能压实技术本质上是根据监测的振动响应获得智能压实测量值,识别或评估压实质量,并实现碾压过程的动态监控。针对土石混填路基压实质量常规评价指标的不足,文中研究适用于土石混填路基的智能压实测量值指标,依托某高速公路土石混填路基填筑工程,设立试验段对智能压实测量值指标进行标定;与常规验收方法建立相关性,计算得到控制目标值;以分析智能压实指标的应用效果,指导工作应用。 Soil-rock mixture is the main subgrade filling material for mountainous highway.It is difficult to control the compaction quality of subgrade due to the poor grading and instability of Soil-rock mixed filler.The essence of intelligent compaction technology is to obtain intelligent compaction measurement value according to the monitoring vibration response,identify or evaluate the compaction quality,and realize the dynamic monitoring of rolling process.In view of the deficiency of conventional evaluation index for the compaction quality of earth rock mixture subgrade,the intelligent compaction measurement value index which is suitable for the soil-rock mixture subgrade is studied.Based on the embankment filling project of an expressway,a test section is set up to calibrate the measured value index of intelligent compaction.The correlation with conventional acceptance method is also established,and the control target value is calculated to analyze the application effect of intelligent compaction index and guide the work application.
