中、法城市快速道路流量相关几何特性差异性研究

Diversity Research on the Geometric Parameters Related to Traffic for Urban Rapid Road between China and French

文中结合法国《城市快速道路设计技术条件指令》(ICTAVRU)的第一部分与我国CJJ 129-2009《城市快速路设计规程》中的要求,通过对比研究法国技术条件指令和我国设计规程中有关通行数据、横断面几何特征的异同后发现,法国规范往往通过大篇幅说明和推导为设计提供理论性指导,对设计指标的限定有所放宽,但对影响行驶安全的指标要求更为严格。同时,法国规范对于条件受限的城市地带、快速路路幅宽度的设计提出了操作性极强的处理方法,尤值得借鉴。

Combined with of the first part of France's“instruction sur les conditions techniques d’aménagement des voies rapides urbaines”(ICTAVRU)and the requirements of China's“Code for Urban Expressway Design”(CJJ 129-2009),the comparative study of the similarities and differences between the French technical conditions directive and the relevant traffic data and cross-section geometric features in the design regulations of China is made.it is found that the French regulations often provide theoretical guidance for the design through large-scale description and derivation and relax the limit of the design indexes,but the requirements of the indexes affecting the driving safety are more stringent.At the same time,French norms put forward highly operational treatment methods for urban areas with limited conditions and for the design of the width of expressway road width,which is especially worth learning.
