Professor SHI Suofang’s Clinical Experience in Using Chaiqian Lianmei Decoction(柴前连梅煎)

介绍史锁芳教授运用柴前连梅煎治疗咳嗽的临床经验。结合古籍对柴前连梅煎的论述,提出应用柴前连梅煎需紧扣"邪气入肝,热邪伤阴"之病机,重视前胡用量及配伍;根据热盛、阴伤、气逆程度不同,合理调整药物比例;重点分析此方从肝论治的思路;注重此方的特殊性,需与其他方剂联合运用。选介两则案例,具体展示其用药思路。

This paper introduces Professor SHI Suofang’s clinical experience in treating cough with Chaiqian Lianmei Decoction(柴前连梅煎).Combined with the discussion of Chaiqian Lianmei Decoction in ancient books,it is proposed that Chaiqian Lianmei Decoction should be closely related to the pathogenesis of"pathogenic qi enters into the liver and heat pathogen injures yin",the dosage and compatibility of Qianhu(Peucedani Radix)should be paid attention to.The drug proportion should be reasonably adjusted according to the degree of heat hyperactivity,yin injury and qi inversion.The thought of treatment with Chaiqian Lianmei Decoction from the liver should be analyzed.The particularity of this prescription should be emphasized and it should be combined with other prescriptions.Two cases were selected to show the medication ideas.
