摘要
黄仕沛教授认为,治疗外感热病,关键在于"汗"字,且汗出要透彻,方能令邪从汗解。黄教授在总结前人经验的基础上,结合自己长期临床实践经验,创立验方加减黄芩紫草汤,用于外感热病之湿热并重的治疗,对该经验方进行方证阐述,并介绍其临床应用验案四则。
Professor HUANG Shipei believes that the key to the treatment of exogenous fever lies in the word"sweat",and the sweat must be thorough in order to relieve pathogen from sweat.On the basis of summarizing previous experience and combining his long-term clinical practice experience,Professor HUANG creates a experience prescription:Modified Huangqin Zicao Decoction(加减黄芩紫草汤),which is used for the treatment of exogenous fever with dampness and heat.This article elaborates on the prescription and its suitable syndromes.Four cases of clinical application are cited.
