Yan’an Road:A New Road to People’s Democracy

美国学者马克·赛尔登提出了"延安道路"这个概念,但对其内涵并没有一个明确的定义。虽然国内外学者对"延安道路"的理解各不相同,但都强调"延安道路"所具有的动员群众进行生产合作、发动群众实行区域自治、依靠群众进行人民战争等特征,认为"延安道路"的核心问题就是中共与农民的关系。不论是从"延安道路"的形成过程来看,还是从毛泽东回答黄炎培的"窑洞对"来看,"延安道路"的实质都可以归结为"人民民主的新路"。"延安道路"的形成是历史合力共同作用的结果,为新中国的诞生提供了中国方案。虽然"延安道路"不可以复制于当代,也不可移植于他国,但"延安道路"所反映的中国共产党的执政理念和为民服务的宗旨却具有永恒的意义,对其他发展中国家的发展也有一定的借鉴意义。

American scholar Mark Selden proposed the concept of"Yan’an Road",but there was no clear definition of its meaning.Although scholars at home and abroad have different understandings of"Yan’an Road",they all emphasize the characteristics of"Yan’an Road"in mobilize the masses for production cooperation,mobilizing the masses to implement regional autonomy,and relying on the masses for people’s war.The core issue is the relationship between the CCP and farmers.Either from the perspective of the forma-tion of"Yan’an Road"or from Mao Zedong’s answer to Huang Yanpei’s"conversation in a cave dwelling",the essence of"Yan’an Road"can be attributed to"the new road to people’s democracy".The formation of the"Yan’an Road"is the result of the joint action of history and provided a Chinese plan for the birth of a new China.The"Yan’an Road"cannot be copied in the contemporary or transplanted to other countries,but the CPC’s governing philosophy and the purpose of serving the people reflected in"Yan’an Road"are of eternal significance and have certain significance for the development of other developing countries.
