摘要
为构造完善的、对火气监测和报警系统进行检验与诊断的系统,提出了一种基于典型安全仪表系统、火灾控制盘,以及各种典型的火气监控设备的火气系统监测评估试验平台的设计方案。基于各种典型部件的相互连接以及系统自带的故障诊断功能,通过系统内置的通信协议,提取相关的数据,通过评估算法的设计及其不断优化,对系统的整体运行状态进行评估。该方案对海上油田石油生产平台的火气系统设计和应用具有指导意义。
In order to construct a perfect fire and gas monitoring and alarm system inspection and diagnosis system,a design scheme of fire and gas system monitoring and evaluation test platform based on typical safety instrument system,fire control panel and various typical fire and gas monitoring equipment is proposed.Based on various kinds of typical parts mutual connecting and own fault diagnosis function of system,through the built-in communication protocol,to extract the relevant data,by evaluating the algorithm and the constantly optimized design,to evaluate the overall condition of the system.This thesis has guiding significance for the FGS designing and using on the oil production platform offshore.
