摘要 红外热成像测温是近年来一种新兴的测温技术,和传统的测温方式相比,其具有非接触、运行方便、响应速度快等特点,在军事和民用领域都已得到越来越广泛的应用。该文设计了一种基于STM32的红外热成像测温系统,以STM32F103微控制器为核心,通过AMG8833红外热像仪传感器获取热红外信息,随后微控制器对数据进行运算,通过LCD屏实时显示经过插值法增强处理后的热图像和被测物体温度,同时温度高于所设阈值时会触发报警装置。该系统硬件结构精简,便于集成,适合制成便携式手持红外热像仪。 Infrared thermal imaging temperature measurement is a new technology in recent years.Compared with the traditional temperature measurement method,it has the characteristics of non-contact,convenient operation and fast response speed.It has been more and more widely used in military and civil fields.This paper designed a kind of infrared thermal imaging temperature measurement system based on STM32,with STM32F103 microcontroller as the core,through AMG8833 infrared thermal imager sensor for thermal infrared information,then the micro controller,operations on data through real-time display LCD screen after dealing with the interpolation method to enhance the thermal image and the temperature of the object to be tested,at the same time,the temperature is higher than the set threshold will trigger the alarm device.The hardware structure of the system is simple,easy to integrate and suitable for making portable hand-held infrared thermography.
