面向复杂环境重型移动装备位置检测系统

摘要 针对重型装备在恶劣环境中作业,会出现位置精确度低、连锁控制难、位置信号易跳变等问题,研究了重型移动装备电磁感应精确位置检测系统。该系统使用无线编码电缆与天线之间通过近距离感应解决通信问题,通过差分接收技术和收发分离技术解决外界环境干扰的问题;使用三级计算机系统机构保证系统的兼容性可移植性和运行的稳定性。经过实践,该系统安全可靠、效率高、维护方便、使用成本低,对复杂环境下重型移动装备精确位置检测有着重要的意义。 The position detection system of heavy-duty mobile equipment is studied in view of the problems of low position accuracy,difficult linkage control and easy jump of position signal.This system uses the wireless encoding cable and the antenna to solve the communication problem through close-range induction,and solves the problem of external environment interference through the differential receiving technology and the transceiver separation technology.The three-level computer system is used to ensure the system’s compatibility,portability and operational stability.Through practice,the system is safe,reliable,efficient,easy to maintain,and low in cost.It is of great significance to the accurate position detection of heavy mobile equipment in complex environments.
