摘要 手机玻璃在丝印环节因为印刷工艺和转移故障,容易出现混料、漏印、缺印等缺陷。目前通用方法是检测人员通过定时抽检来发现产品的缺陷,这个过程不仅效率低并且响应不及时。该文提出一种基于机器视觉的手机玻璃丝印在线检测方法,通过图像采集和软件算法对产品进行快速准确检测,经过实验结果表明,该方法识别缺陷准确率高,检测时间优于人工检测。可用于工业智能化在线检测中防止问题产品的流出。 Due to printing process and transfer failure,mobile phone glass is prone to defects such as mixing,missing printing and so on.At present,the common method is to find the defects of products by regular sampling inspection.This process is not only inefficient but also not timely.In this paper,an on-line detection method of mobile phone glass screen printing based on machine vision is proposed.The product is detected quickly and accurately by image acquisition and software algorithm.The experimental results show that the method has high accuracy and detection time is better than manual detection.It can be used in industrial intelligent on-line detection to prevent the outflow of problem products.
