摘要
选取2000—2015年间时任卫生部(国家卫计委)医学伦理专家委员会的专家、中华医学会医学伦理学分会时任常务委员的专家以“医疗技术伦理审查”为主题的、国内资深医学伦理学专家的论文资料及国内外医学伦理法规中有关伦理审查法规条文等资料78个文本,其中69个文本为编码研究资料,9个文本为理论饱和度检验文本。基于扎根理论,采用NVivo 10.0质性软件对78个文本进行开放性编码、关联编码和核心编码,构建了包含56个三级指标编码,16个二级指标编码,3个一级指标编码的医疗技术临床准入伦理审查评价指标体系的质化模型。
The topic of“ethical review of medical technology”were selected from 2000 to 2015,which including thesis materials of experts who served as members of the Medical Ethics Expert Committee of National Health Commission,Standing Committee members of the Medical Ethics Branch of the Chinese Medical Association,senior ethics experts in China,and the provisions of domestic and international medical ethics laws and regulations concerning ethical review.Of the 78 texts,69 of them were coded research data and 9 texts were used for theoretical saturation tests.Based on the Grounded Theory,Nvivo 10.0 qualitative software was used to conduct open coding,associated coding and core coding for 78 texts,and a qualitative model of the ethical review and evaluation index system for clinical admittance of medical technology was constructed,which included 56 third-level index codes,16 second-level index codes and 3 first-level index codes.
