牧草害虫优势天敌伞裙追寄蝇飞行中代谢相关酶活性的变化

摘要 昆虫在飞行过程伴随着较高的代谢速率和能源物质消耗。为明确伞裙追寄蝇飞行肌对能源物质的利用,测定了与能源物质代谢相关的5种酶,即3-磷酸甘油醛脱氢酶(GAPDH)、3-磷酸甘油脱氢酶(GDH)、3-羟酰辅酶A脱氢酶(HOAD)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和柠檬酸合酶(CS)的活性变化。结果表明:GAPDH活性在吊飞过程中呈先升高后下降的趋势,吊飞15min时GAPDH活性较吊飞5min极显著升高(P<0.01),吊飞至90min时活性达到最大值;GDH和HOAD的活性变化与GAPDH一致,GDH活性在吊飞至90min时达到最大值,HOAD活性在不同吊飞时间之间无显著差异;LDH活性整体呈逐渐上升的趋势,吊飞240min时达最大值,吊飞过程中LDH活性较低且没有显著差异;CS活性呈先升高后下降的趋势,吊飞120min达到最大值。伞裙追寄蝇5日龄雌成虫飞行的能量由糖类和脂类化合物共同提供,在飞行过程中主要进行有氧代谢。持续飞行15min是伞裙追寄蝇飞行的一个关键节点。 Insect flight is accompanied by a higher metabolic rate and energy-matter consumption.To clarify the utilization of energy substances in the flight muscle of Exorista civilis,the activities of five enzymes related to metabolism of energy substances were determined,including Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase(GAPDH),Glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase(GDH),3-hydroxyacyl-CoA dehydrogenase(HOAD),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and citrate(Si)-synthase(CS).The results showed that the activity of GAPDH increased first and then decreased during the tethered flight.The activity of GAPDH increased significantly at 15min(P<0.01),and reached the maximum at 90min.The activity of GDH and HOAD changed in accordance with the activity of GAPDH,the activity of GDH reached the maximum at 90min,and there was no significant difference in the activity of HOAD between different tethered flight time.The activity of LDH increased gradually,and reached the maximum at 240min.The activity of LDH was low and there was no significant difference during the tethered flight.The activity of CS increased first and then decreased,and reached the highest value at 120min.The energy for 5-day-old female adults of E.civilis was provided by carbohydrates and lipid compounds,which were mainly aerobic metabolism during flight.Continuous flight for 15min was a key node of E.civilis flight.
