沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片联合卡维地洛对慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效

Efficacy of Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets Combined with Carvedilol in the Treatment of Chronic Cardiac Failure

目的探究沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片联合卡维地洛对慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效。方法选择2018年8月~2019年8月在我院就诊的慢性心力衰竭患者84例,按照随机数字法分为两组,对照组42例,给予卡维地洛进行治疗,观察组42例,则在上述基础上联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片进行治疗。对比两组治疗后的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率(92.85%)显著高于对照组(76.19%),观察组炎性因子水平优于对照组,组间有差异(P<0.05)。两组心功能水平均有所改善,但观察组效果更佳。结论对慢性心力衰竭患者采用卡维地洛治疗基础上联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片进行治疗,心功能水平改善明显,效果显著,值得临床上推广。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets combined with carvedilol in the treatment of chronic cardiac failure.Methods:Totally,84 patients with chronic cardiac failure were admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019.They were randomly divided into test group(n=42)and control group(n=42).Patients in control group were treated with carvedilol,while patients in test group were treated with valsartan sodium tablets combined with carvedilol.The treatment results were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total efficiency was 92.85%in the test group and 76.19%in the control group.The inflammatory factors in the test group was significant better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the cardiac function levels were improved in the two groups,and the test group was superior to the control group.Conclusions:Sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets combined with carvedilol has a significant effective in treating chronic cardiac failure,improving cardiac function levels,worth promoting.
