目前建筑业的效字化、网络化、智能化技术已经取得突破性进展。BIM技术作为建筑信息化技术中的一员,已经成熟应用于建筑设计和施工阶段,但在运维阶段的应用还较少,而运维阶段占“建筑全生命周期”的比重最大,可见在运维阶段还可以进一步提升BIM技术的应用价值。本文主要分析了基于BIM的运维管理系统的构建和应用。

At present,the digital,network and intelligent technology of construction industry has made breakthrough progress.As a member of the building information technology,BIM Technology has been maturely applied in the architectural design and construction stage,but it is still less used in the operation and maintenance stage,and the operation and maintenance stage accounts for the largest proportion of the"building life cycle".It can be seen that the application value of BIM Technology can be further improved in the operation and maintenance stage.This paper mainly analyzes the construction and application of BIM based operation and maintenance management system.
