摘要
以关注为本采纳模型为理论框架编制调查问卷,对成都市龙泉驿区166位初中数学教师在导学讲评式教学的实施过程中关注的问题进行调查研究.研究结果表明:导学讲评式教学的实施取得了一定的成绩;教师对导学讲评式教学理念本质的理解有待加强;教师主要关注操作问题;教师对培训方式提出了更高的要求.
A questionnaire is made in the guidance of“concern-based adoption model”as the theoretical framework,to investigate teachers’concerns in the implementation of the DJP model in Chengdu city.The results show that the implementation of the DJP model had made some achievements but there is still room for improvement;teachers’understandings of the DJP model awaits strengthening;teachers’prime concerns are placed on problems at the operational level;teachers aspire to demanding standards for the training methods.
