河南省繁荣与富裕发展关系的时空特征

Spatial-Temporal Characteristics of the Relationship Between Prosperity and Affluence Development in He’nan Province

经济发展长期以来是政府及社会关注的重点,但若经济增长,改革成果未惠及广大人民群众,这将成为国家或地区社会不稳定的重要因素.选取人均GDP表征经济发展程度,恩格尔系数表征人民富裕程度,然后结合不一致指数、不均衡指数、富裕-繁荣指数等指标,基于河南省18个地市2000—2017年的繁荣与富裕数据,分析河南省经济繁荣与人民富裕发展关系的时空变化特征.研究结果如下:(1)河南省各地市繁荣与富裕不一致现象依然存在,其中郑州市和济源市不一致指数一直偏高.(2)不均衡指数曲线波动逐渐平缓,河南省繁荣与富裕由不均衡逐步向均衡发展.(3)目前各地市经济发展水平仍存在差异,而富裕程度相差较小,由于资源、资金、劳动力等要素的空间流动性,使得存在“繁荣而不富裕,富裕而不繁荣”现象.

Economic development has long been the focus of attention for the government and society,but if economic growth,reform results do not benefit the broad masses of the people,this will add risk to social instability of a country or region.This paper selects GDP per capita to represent the degree of economic development and Engel’s coefficient to represent the degree of people’s affluence.Then,based on the data of prosperity and affluence of 18 cities in He’nan Province from 2000 to 2017,this paper analyzes the temporal and spatial characteristics of the relationship between economic prosperity and people’s affluence in Henan Province.The results are as follows:(1)The inconsistency between prosperity and affluence still exists in Henan Province,and the inconsistency index of Zhengzhou and Jiyuan is always on the high side.(2)The fluctuation of the disequilibrium index curve gradually flattens,and imbalance between prosperity and affluence of He’nan province gradually turns to balance.(3)At present,there are still differences in the level of economic development among different cities,but the difference in the degree of affluence is small.Due to the spatial mobility of resources,funds,labor and other elements,there is a phenomenon of“prosperous but not affluent,affluent but not prosperous”.
