支气管镜吸痰治疗卒中相关性肺炎的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of bronchoscope sputum suction in the treatment of stroke-related pneumonia

目的分析支气管镜吸痰治疗卒中相关性肺炎的效果。方法100例卒中相关性肺炎患者,按照随机分配原则分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。对照组患者采用常规吸痰治疗,观察组患者采用支气管镜吸痰治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果、住院时间。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.0%,高于对照组的76.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者住院时间为(17.23±4.21)d,观察组患者住院时间为(10.24±2.45)d,观察组患者住院时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=10.147,P=0.000<0.05)。结论在卒中相关性肺炎患者中应用支气管镜吸痰治疗,可以明显缩短患者的住院时间,提高治疗效果,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of bronchoscope sputum suction in the treatment of strokerelated pneumonia.Methods A total of 100 patients with stroke-related pneumonia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional sputum suction,and the observation group was treated with bronchoscope sputum suction.The therapeutic effect and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 92.0%,which was higher than 76.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the control group was(17.23±4.21)d,which was(10.24±2.45)d of the observation group.The hospitalization time of the observation group was obviously shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.147,P=0.000<0.05).Conclusion Bronchoscope sputum suction can significantly shorten the hospitalization time and improve the treatment effect of patients with stroke-related pneumonia.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
