甘精胰岛素与阿卡波糖联合治疗老年糖尿病的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of glargine insulin combined with acarbose in the treatment of senile diabetes mellitus

目的分析对老年糖尿病患者应用甘精胰岛素与阿卡波糖联合治疗的疗效及对血糖、血红蛋白水平等指标的改善作用。方法84例老年糖尿病患者,采用双盲法将患者分为对照组与观察组,各42例。对照组应用甘精胰岛素单一治疗,观察组应用甘精胰岛素与阿卡波糖联合治疗。对比两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、血红蛋白水平及临床疗效。结果观察组空腹血糖为(7.15±1.05)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖为(9.04±2.01)mmol/L、血红蛋白水平为(6.13±1.09)%,均低于对照组的(9.09±2.23)mmol/L、(11.11±3.05)mmol/L、(8.02±1.11)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗总有效率95.24%显著高于对照组的73.81%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甘精胰岛素与阿卡波糖联合使用治疗老年糖尿病的药物治疗方案,能明显改善患者的血糖、血红蛋白水平等生化指标,提升疾病治疗效果,值得应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of glargine insulin combined with acarbose in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and its role on the improvement of blood glucose and hemoglobin levels.Methods A total of 84 senile patients with diabetes mellitus were divided into control group and observation group according to double-blind method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with glargine insulin,and the observation group was treated with glargine insulin combined with acarbose.The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,hemoglobin levels and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,hemoglobin levels of the observation group were(7.15±1.05)mmol/L,(9.04±2.01)mmol/L and(6.13±1.09)%,which were all lower than(9.09±2.23)mmol/L,(11.11±3.05)mmol/L and(8.02±1.11)%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment of the observation group was 95.24%,which was significantly higher than 73.81%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of glargine insulin and acarbose can be used as a drug treatment for senile diabetes mellitus,which can significantly improve the blood glucose,hemoglobin levels and other biochemical indicators of patients,and enhance the therapeutic effect.It is worthy of application.
