透明质酸钠注射治疗老化导致上睑萎缩凹陷及泪槽畸形的中长期疗效观察

The medium and long term efficacy observation of sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of upper eyelid atrophy and depression and tear trough deformity caused by aging

目的观察透明质酸钠局部注射改善老化导致上睑萎缩凹陷及泪槽畸形的中长期临床效果。方法 2017年1—5月,徐州医科大学附属医院整形外科采用透明质酸钠局部注射治疗老化导致上睑萎缩凹陷及泪槽畸形患者108例,术后追踪随访,定期(术后3、6个月,1、2、3年)观察临床效果、患者满意度、不良反应及并发症。结果本组108例患者获随访3年。其中术后出现局部红肿不适17例、皮肤瘀斑9例,均于术后1周内逐渐缓解;1例术后发生迟发性肉芽肿经抗炎治疗缓解;其余患者未出现其他不良反应及并发症。术后3个月满意度评分达100%;术后3年满意度达90%,与术后2年满意度评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论透明质酸钠治疗老化导致的上睑萎缩凹陷及泪槽畸形的中长期效果明显,形态稳定。

Objective To observe the medium and long term clinical efficacy of sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of upper eyelid atrophy and depression and tear trough deformity caused by aging. Methods From January to May 2017, 108 patients with upper eyelid atrophy and depression and tear trough deformity caused by aging underwent local sodium hyaluronate injection. All patients were followed up to observe clinical efficacy, patients’ satisfaction, adverse reactions and complications. Results All 108 patients were followed up for 3 years. Local redness and swelling occurred in 17 patients and erythema occurred in 9 patients. These patients recovered within one week. The delayed granuloma occurred in 1 patient and relieved after anti-inflammatory treatment. No other adverse reactions and complications occurred in remaining patients. The satisfaction score was 100% at 3 months after operation and 90% at 3 years after operation. There was no significant difference of satisfaction score between 3 years and 2 years after operation(P>0.05). Conclusion The medium and long term efficacy of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of upper eyelid atrophy and depression and tear trough deformity caused by aging is obvious and stable.
