应用仿生技术减轻重睑成形术后瘢痕的对比研究 被引量:5

Comparative clinical study on the application of ecological technology in the reduction of scar after blepharoplasty

摘要 目的观察应用仿生重睑成形技术减轻术后瘢痕的临床疗效。方法对2018年3月至2019年5月在华中科技大学同济医学院附属武汉市中心医院整形外科完成的100例重睑成形术病例进行回顾性分析,按手术方法不同分为A、B两组,A组(n=50)采用仿生重睑成形术,B组(n=50)采用传统切开法重睑成形术。分析两组术后早期并发症发生率、术后瘢痕形成情况及手术效果满意度。结果 A组早期并发症发生率为8%(4/50),B组早期并发症发生率为14%(7/50),其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后瘢痕程度随时间延长逐渐减轻(P<0.05),但同一时间段A组术后瘢痕严重程度均轻于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组总满意率为90%(45/50),B组总满意率为86%(43/50),其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论仿生重睑成形技术相较于传统切开法重睑成形术可以降低术后早期并发症发生率,减轻重睑成形术后切口部位的瘢痕形成,从而增加手术治疗的满意度。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ecological blepharoplasty in the reduction of scar after operation. Methods One hundred patients underwent blepharoplasty from March 2018 to May 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. According to different surgical methods, all patients were divided into group A and B. The ecological blepharoplasty was performed in group A(n=50) and the traditional double-eyelid operation was performed in group B(n=50). The incidence of early postoperative complications, postoperative scar formation and satisfaction evaluation in both groups were analyzed. Results The incidence rate of early complications of group A was8%(4/50), while the group B was 14%(7/50). The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scars after operation in group A and B were gradually decreased over time(P<0.05). The severity of postoperative scar in group A was less than that in group B at the same period, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate was 90%(45/50) in group A and 86%(43/50) in group B. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion This study suggests that the ecological blepahroplasty technique can reduce the incidence rate of early postoperative complications, the scar formation at incision after blepharoplasty and increase the satisfaction of surgical treatment.
