自体Nanofat注射治疗外眦皱纹的临床应用

Clinical application of local injection of autologous Nanofat in the treatment of lateral canthus wrinkles

目的探讨真皮内及皮下注射Nanofat治疗外眦皱纹的临床效果。方法自2018年3—10月,成都天使之翼医学美容医院美容外科采用负压吸引于外眦皱纹求美者的腹部或大腿部抽取自体脂肪,离心后保留脂肪层,置入2个10 ml注射器内,然后反复推注将脂肪颗粒进行乳化,再将乳化的脂肪颗粒通过纱布过滤后获得Nanofat。用27 G针头将Nanofat注射至外眦皱纹真皮内及皮下,以注射后即刻消除皱纹为度。术后6个月通过Likert量表评估求美者的满意度。结果本组共46例求美者。注射当天注射区域均出现明显肿胀,在10~14 d内肿胀逐渐消退;3个月后可见皱纹明显减少,注射部位皮肤弹性更好、质地更柔软。所有求美者注射区均未出现脂肪栓塞、结节和感染等并发症。术后6个月采用Likert量表评估求美者满意度为95.65%。结论自体Nanofat行真皮内及皮下浅层注射治疗外眦皱纹,其方法操作简单,疗效可靠,求美者的满意度较高。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of intradermal and subcutaneous injection of Nanofat in the treatment of lateral canthus wrinkles. Methods From March to October 2018, negative pressure suction was performed to extract autologous fat particles from the abdomen or thigh of patients. After centrifugation to remove water, the particles were emulsified by reciprocating injection with two 10 ml syringes. The emulsified fat particles were filtered through gauze to obtain Nanofat. A 27 G needle was used to inject Nanofat into the dermis and subcutaneous tissue of the lateral canthus to eliminate wrinkles immediately after injection. Results A total of 46 patients underwent the injection treatment. Obvious swelling in the injection area occurred early after injection and gradually subsided within 10 to14 days. After 3 months, the wrinkles were significantly reduced and the skin at the injection area was elastic and soft. No complications such as fat embolism, nodules and infection occurred in the injection area in all patients. At 6 months after operation, the Likert scale showed that patients’ satisfaction rate was 95.65%. Conclusion Application of intradermal and subcutaneous injection of autologous Nanofat in the treatment of lateral canthus is simple. The efficacy is reliable and patients’ satisfaction is high.
