微创负压抽吸术与小切口汗腺切除术治疗腋臭的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of minimally invasive negative pressure aspiration and small incision sweat gland resection in the treatment of bromhidrosis

目的比较微创负压抽吸术与小切口汗腺切除术治疗腋臭的临床效果和安全性。方法自2018年5月至2019年5月,宜昌市中心人民医院医疗美容科对112例腋臭患者分别采用微创负压抽吸术(微创组,72例)和小切口汗腺切除术(小切口组,40例)治疗。比较两种术式的临床疗效、伤口愈合时间及术后并发症的发生情况。结果 112例患者获随访3~12个月,微创组有效率为93.1%,小切口组有效率为90.0%,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。微创组术后伤口愈合时间明显短于小切口组(P<0.05)。微创组伤口异常分泌物5例,小切口组8例,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);其余并发症发生情况差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论相比于小切口汗腺切除术,微创负压抽吸术伤口愈合时间短,出现伤口异常分泌物的情况少,对治疗腋臭更有优势。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of minimally invasive negative pressure aspiration and small incision sweat gland resection in the treatment of bromhidrosis. Methods From May 2018 to 2019, 112 patients with bromhidrosis were involved in this study. In the minimally invasive group, 72 patients underwent minimally invasive negative pressure aspiration. In the small incision group, 40 patients underwent small incision sweat gland resection. The clinical efficacy, wound healing time and postoperative complications of both methods were compared. Results The effective rate of minimally invasive group was 93.1% and the small incision group was 90.0%. The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The wound healing time of the minimally invasive group was shorter than that of the small incision group(P<0.05). Abnormal wound secretions occurred in 5 patients in the minimally invasive group and in 8 patients in the small incision group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistical difference in complications between both groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with the small incision sweat gland resection, the minimally invasive negative pressure aspiration has short wound healing time and few abnormal wound secretions. The minimally invasive negative pressure aspiration has more advantageous than small incision sweat gland resection in the treatment of bromhidrosis.
