摘要
针对矿井疏干水中Cl-和钙镁离子浓度高的特点,对矿井疏干水在均相膜系统处理下的电压、淡浓比、温度、电流效率和OH-浓度以及成本进行了研究,并且验证了高硬度矿井疏干水对均相膜电渗析系统的影响,为均相膜电渗析系统在矿井疏干水工程化设计提供了详实的工艺参数,奠定了均相膜电渗析在矿井疏干水中工程化应用的基础.
Aiming at mine drainage water with high Cl-,high calcium ions,high magnesium ions,homogeneous membrane electrodialysis is used to study the influence of the voltage,dilution concentration ratio,temperature,current efficiency,OH-concentration and the cost.High hardness mine drainage water is also used to study the capability of homogeneous membrane electrodialysis system.The process parameters lay a foundation for further study on the application of homogeneous membrane in mine drainage water and provide a basis for engineering design.
