超滤膜技术在南通狼山水厂升级改造中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 南通狼山水厂作为目前最大的以长江水为水源的浸没式超滤膜水厂,采用了可跨越式预处理与浸没式超滤膜、臭氧活性炭工艺与浸没式超滤膜技术工艺的组合研究探索,进一步验证了超滤膜技术是非常易于组合的、有效的深度净水工艺.运行结果表明,该工艺出水水质稳定,浊度保持在0.1NTU以下,对长江流域自来水厂水处理工艺和升级改造具有典型的示范意义. Langshan plant in Nantong is the largest submerged ultrafiltration membrane water treatment plant at present,which takes Yangtze water as its source water.The water plant adopts a flexible treatment process which can be spanned.It focuses on the combination of conventional pretreatment process coagulation sedimentation and submerged ultrafiltration membrane,ozone activated carbon process and submerged ultrafiltration membrane technology,which further validates that ultrafiltration membrane technology is an easy combination and effective advanced purification process.The operation results of the water plant show that the energy consumption is low,the effluent quality is stable,and the turbidity is kept below 0.1NTU continuously,which has a typical demonstration significance for the application of water treatment technology in Waterworks in the Yangtze River Basin.
