拉杆箱式多功能野战药箱的研制

Development of trolley-case-like multifunctional field medicine chest

目的:研制一款拉杆箱式多功能野战药箱,以确保部队在执行野外药材保障任务时的机动性、安全性和高效性。方法:该药箱采用拉杆箱式结构,主要由箱体和箱盖组成,两者采用阻尼铰链铰接和锁扣连接。箱体内安装升降式多抽屉柜模块和多插槽储物空间,箱盖内收纳有分药器和输液杆。箱外安装有把手、万向轮和可收纳的拉杆、支撑脚。结果:该药箱不仅能实现药材的准确定位和快速调剂,还能为救治伤员快速搭建输液平台,可较好地满足野战条件下药材保障需求。结论:拉杆箱式多功能野战药箱机动性高、布局科学、功能多样、适应性强,特别适合用于部队执行野战任务。

Objective To develop a trolley-case-like multifunctional field medicine chest to enhance the mobility,safety and efficiency during field medicine support.Methods The medicine chest developed had a trolley case structure,consisting of a lid and a chest body,both hinged with damping hinges and latches.There were handles,universal wheels and stowable draw bars and support feet arranged outside the chest,while a lifting drawer cabinet module and a multi-slot storage space inside the chest,and a dispenser and an infusion rod were allocated in the lip.Results The medicine chest developed met the requirements for field medicine support by accurate positioning,rapid dispensing and quick construction of transfusion platform.Conclusion The medicine chest developed gains advantages in mobility,allocation,multi function and adaptability,and thus is fit for military application in field conditions.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2021,42(2):106-108]
