摘要
综述了石墨烯/铜复合材料的球磨、液相混合和分子水平混合等制备方法及其力学、导电和导热等性能,总结了存在的主要问题;概述了层状仿生石墨烯/铜基复合材料的制备方法及性能,并展望了石墨烯/铜复合材料的研究方向及应用前景。
Graphene/copper-based composite was introduced from the aspects of preparation technology such as ball milling,liquid mixing,molecular level mixing,etc.and their mechanical properties,electrical conductivity,thermal conductivity,etc.The preparation methods and properties of layered bionic graphene/copper matrix composites were reviewed.Meanwhile,the research direction in the future and the prospects for application of the graphene reinforced copper matrix composites were prospected.
