百万扩招背景下高职创新创业教育发展思考

Reflections on the Development of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Million-Enrollment-Expansion

高职百万扩招政策推动职业教育从应对生源之变到教学之变与建制之变,聚焦服务发展、促进就业,不断提升创新创业教育的水平与成效。通过对百万扩招政策的时代意蕴和创新创业教育的价值分析,认为当下高职院校创新创业教育发展的总方向与总策略是体系化建设,就是要坚持以就业为导向,消除发展的主要障碍,专创融合、校企合作,将创新创业教育发展成为提高人才综合素质的一种教育模式。

The policy of million-enrollment-expansion in higher vocational education promotes vocational education from coping with the change of student source to the change of teaching and organizational system,focusing on service development,promoting employment,and constantly improving the level and effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Based on the analysis of the era implication of the policy of million-enrollment-expansion and the value of innovation and entrepreneurship education,it is believed that the general direction and strategy of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges is systematic construction,that is,to adhere to employment orientation,eliminate the main obstacles to development,and develop innovation and entrepreneurship education into a pattern to improve the comprehensive quality of talents.
