摘要
从唯物辩证法的角度分析高校公益性与企业营利性之间的对立统一关系,在此基础上,将应用型本科高校校企合作中人才培养的责任主体分为单责任主体、双责任主体和多元责任主体。并借鉴德国“双元制”办学经验,从立法保障,构建政府、企业与应用型本科高校三方协同联动机制和校企合作中“双师型”师资的培养三个方面进行了对策性思考。
From the perspective of materialist dialectics,this paper analyzes the unity of opposites between the public welfare of colleges and universities and the profit-making of enterprises,and on this basis,divides the responsibility subjects of talent cultivation in the school-enterprise cooperation of application-oriented Universities into single responsibility subjects,double responsibility subjects and multiple responsibility subjects.Based on the experience of"dual system"in Germany,the paper puts forward countermeasures from three aspects:legislative guarantee,construction of tripartite collaborative mechanism among government,enterprises and application-oriented universities,and cultivation of"double qualified"teachers in school enterprise cooperation.
