摘要
调研显示,江苏省高等职业院校高质量发展考核存在特色和地域差异体现不充分,内涵导向性不足,激励机制不健全等问题。结合理论和实践分析,提出江苏省要从加强理论与政策研究、深化内涵建设、科学设计指标、建立健全激励反馈机制等方面着手,构建差异化分类考核体系,以加快推进江苏高职教育高质量发展。
In the high-quality development assessment of higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province, it is found that there were defaults such as insufficient expression of characteristics and regional differences, insufficient connotation guidance, and unsound incentive mechanisms through investigations. Combined with theoretical and practical analysis, it is proposed to strengthen theoretical and policy research, deepen connotation construction, make design indicators scientific, establish incentive and feedback mechanisms, and build a differentiated classification assessment system to accelerate the high-quality development of Jiangsu higher vocational education.
