摘要
在创新驱动发展战略背景下,培养满足工业企业所需的具有创新实践意识与能力的高素质综合型应用人才已成为商科高校教育改革的重要目标之一。现阶段商科高校的创新实践教育存在内涵定义不统一、考评标准不明确、宣传少、教学水平低、教育实效差等问题。研究建议商科高校明确内涵、统一考评标准、建设创新创业课程体系、优化课程内容、加强师资队伍建设、进行教学方法改革、创新考评机制、营造创新创业校园文化、建立系统的组织制度,为创新创业能力培养提供多种有效路径。
Under the background of innovation-driven developments,it has become one of the most important goals of the reform of higher education in business colleges and universities to cultivate highly-competent practical talents with innovative practical consciousness and abilities meeting the needs of enterprises.In view of the present problems about innovative practice education in business colleges and universities,this paper points out that business colleges and universities should unify the connotation and evaluation standards,construct innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system,optimize the course content,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,reform teaching methods and evaluation system,create innovative entrepreneurial campus culture,establish a systematic organizational system in order to provide a variety of effective ways for the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
