延安整风对新时代加强党的政治建设之启示

延安整风运动是中国共产党历史上第一次全党性的整风运动,是一次全党范围内的马克思主义思想教育运动和思想解放运动,也是党在战争条件下加强自身建设的一次成功实践和重要探索,在当时的历史条件下对党的建设起到了重要的作用,使全党实现了空前的团结和统一。延安整风运动留下了宝贵的历史经验,为新时代条件下加强党的政治建设提供了重要启示。在当前加强党的政治建设过程中,要坚持实事求是,并强化求真务实,要在反对分散主义、本位主义的同时充分发扬民主以保证科学集中统一,要善于开展批评和勇于自我批评,特别要注重发挥党员领导干部这个“关键少数”的示范带动作用。

Yan'an Rectification Movement is a movement of Marxist ideological education movement and ideological liberation movement over the whole party in CPC's history,is a successful practice and an important exploration of strengthening the self-building of Party on the background of war,which is of significance to the improvement of Party's building at that time,achieves unprecedented unity in CPC's history.Yan'an Rectification Movement has left valuable historical experience and provided important inspiration for strengthening the political construction of the Party in the new era.In the current course of strengthening Party's political building,it must insist on seeking truth from facts and seeking truth and steadiness,it must object to decentralism and selfish departmentalism and develop democracy fully in order to ensure scientific centralization and unification,it must use the powerful weapon of criticism and self-criticism bravely,especially,leading cadres of Party members“key minority”must play the key role of setting an example.
