中国本土化公司治理研究文献述评——基于SSCI、CSSCI的文献分析

A Review of China's Localization of Corporate Governance Research:2004-2016——Based on SSCI,CSSCI Literature Analysis

通过对SSCI、CSSCI数据库中与中国公司治理问题有关的商业、管理类文献为样本,运用CiteSpace软件对源文献进行高频关键词分析、共词、共线分析等科学计量方法,对公司治理相关理论在经济组织管理研究中的应用现状和研究热点问题进行了分析。研究发现股权结构(ownership structure)、公司所有权(Company ownership)、内部控制与行为(firm performance)、政治关系(political connection)等是近年来中国公司治理研究中的热点,同时涌现出一批有影响力的学者,他们对中国本土化公司治理问题的研究进一步推动了公司治理研究领域的发展,但在研究主题、研究方法等方面仍有待改进。

Based on SSCI,CSSCI database related to Chinese corporate governance issues of business and management literature as sample,using CiteSpace software the high frequency keywords analysis of the literature of the source,common words,such as analysis of collinear scientific measurement method,related to corporate governance theory in the application of economic organization and management research present situation and the research analyzes the hot issues.The study found the hot spot in the study of corporate governance in China,such as ownership structure,the ownership of the Company,internal control and behavior,political relations in recent years,and a number of influential scholars emerge at the same time.And their research on China's localization of corporate governance issues further promotes the development of the research in the field of corporate governance,but in terms of research topic,research methods remain to be improved.
