变风量空调系统房间温度的串级自抗扰控制 被引量:7

摘要 变风量空调系统房间温度控制中,由于控制对象存在非线性、大滞后、模型参数不确定性等问题,导致温度调节困难。采用一种新型二阶离散最速控制函数设计自抗扰控制器,结合串级控制,以变风量空调末端装置风阀开度为中间被调量,将自抗扰引入到串级控制的温度环,设计了串级自抗扰控制器。建立了空调房间和末端装置的仿真模型,并进行仿真控制器和实验控制器的参数整定。仿真和实验结果表明,与经典串级PID温度控制器相比,该控制器响应快、超调小、控制精度高,能有效地克服房间对象中的不确定性和热扰动,保证室内的舒适性。 Due to the existence of non-linear control of the object,large delay and uncertainty of the model parameters,it is difficult to adjust the temperature in the room of variable air volume air conditioning system.A new second-order discrete speed control function is used to design an active disturbance rejection controller.A cascade active disturbance rejection controller is designed by introducing the active disturbance rejection control into the cascade-controlled temperature loop with the air valve opening of variable air volume terminal device as the intermediate adjustable quantity.The simulation models of the air conditioning room and the terminal device are established,and the parameters of the simulation controller and the experiment controller are set.Simulation and experimental results show that compared with the classic cascade PID temperature controller,the controller has fast response,small overshoot,high control accuracy,and it can effectively overcome the uncertainty and thermal disturbance in the room objects to ensure indoor comfort.
