摘要
根据商务部发布的“境外投资企业(机构)备案结果公开名录列表”梳理出北京企业对东盟的钢铁投资项目(含炼铁、炼钢工艺)概况。在此基础上,对德龙钢铁、首钢集团对东盟的钢铁投资特点进行了分析,并提出了提高钢铁投资质量的建议。
Based on the"Open List of Archival Results of Overseas Investment Enterprises(institutions)"released by the Ministry of Commerce,this paper sorts out the general situation of iron and steel investment projects in ASEAN.On this basis,the characteristics of iron and steel investment in ASEAN by Delong Iron and Steel Group and Shou Gang Group are analyzed,and some Suggestions on improving the quality of steel investment are put forward.
