摘要
目的:了解新冠肺炎流行期间心理热线来电特征。方法:提取杭州市心理援助热线记录中2020年1月22日-3月2日,共41天557人次有效来电进行统计分析,并将来电量的变化趋势与浙江省和杭州市每日确诊病例数的变化趋势进行比较。结果:新冠肺炎流行期间来电量男女性别差异无统计学意义,但女性因疫情导致情绪问题来电咨询的比例高于男性(59.7%vs.42.5%,P<0.001)。来电咨询的年龄段主要集中在18~29岁(35.0%)、30~39岁(34.8%)。新冠来电数量高峰(2月6日)滞后于浙江省(1月29日)和杭州市(1月28日)每日确诊人数的高峰。结论:新冠肺炎流行期间相关来电中,18~29岁、30~39岁两个人群比例最高,女性更容易出现疫情导致的情绪问题,且公众对公共卫生突发事件的心理反应具有延迟性。
Objective:To analyze the characteristics of mental health hotline during the COVID-19 epidemic in Hangzhou.Methods:Totally 557 valid calls from January 22 th to March 2 th were analyzed.The change trend of the number of calls was compared with that of daily confirmed cases of Zhejiang Province and Hangzhou.Results:During the COVID-19 epidemic,there was no difference between males and females in calls received.However,the proportion of female calls was higher than that of male in emotional problems caused by COVID-19(59.7% vs.42.5%,χ2=16.53,P<0.001).The age groups of calls were mainly concentrated on 18-29(35.0%) and 30-39(34.8%) years old.The peak of calls(February 6 th) were lag behind the peak of daily confirmed cases of Zhejiang Province(January 29 th) and Hangzhou(January 28 th).Conclusion:During the COVID-19 epidemic,the influence of 18-29 and 30-39 years old are more obvious.Females have more emotional problems than males,and the public has a delayed psychological response to public health emergencies.
