乌灵胶囊联合奥拉西坦治疗阿尔茨海默病临床观察

Clinical Observation of Wuling Capsules Combined with Oxiracetam in the Treatment of Alzheimer’s Disease

目的探讨乌灵胶囊联合奥拉西坦治疗阿尔茨海默病(AD)的临床疗效。方法选取开滦精神卫生中心2018年7月至2019年1月收治的AD患者84例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各42例。两组患者均予控血压、调血脂、降血糖等基础治疗,并予口服奥拉西坦胶囊,研究组患者加服乌灵胶囊,两组均持续治疗6个月。结果研究组总有效率为90.48%,显著高于对照组的59.52%(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者治疗后的简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分、Barthel指数量表评分和阿尔茨海默病生活质量量表(QOL-AD)评分及Aβ1-42水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及Tau蛋白和P-tau181蛋白水平均显著低于对照组。两组治疗期间均未见严重不良反应。结论乌灵胶囊联合奥拉西坦治疗AD,可改善患者的认知功能,提高日常生活能力和生活质量,减轻炎性反应,升高Aβ1-42水平,降低Tau蛋白和P-tau181蛋白水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Wuling Capsules combined with oxiracetam in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Methods Totally 84 patients with AD admitted to Kailuan Mental Health Center from July 2018 to January 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,42 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were given basic treatment such as blood pressure control,blood lipid regulation,hypoglycemia and Oxiracetam Capsules,on this basis,the patients in the study group were given Wuling Capsules.Both groups were continuously treated for six months.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 90.48%,which was significantly higher than 59.52%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)score,Barthel index score,quality of life-Alzheimer’s disease(QOL-AD)score and Aβ1-42 level in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),Tau protein and P-tau181 protein in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group.There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion Wuling Capsules combined with oxiracetam in the treatment of AD can improve the cognitive function,activities of daily living and quality of life,reduce the inflammatory reaction,increase the Aβ1-42 level,and reduce the levels of Tau protein and P-tau181 protein.
