中药对肝损伤的干预作用研究进展

Research Progress of Intervention Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Liver Injury

目的探讨中药对肝损伤干预作用的分子生物学表达机制。方法分别从化学性肝损伤、免疫性肝损伤、酒精性肝损伤、药物性肝损伤及其他类肝损伤5个方面,回顾中药对肝损伤基因的干预作用。结果与结论中药对肝损伤基因具有良好的防护作用,相关药物应用前景广阔。

Objective To investigate the molecular biological expression mechanism of the intervention effects of traditional Chinese medicine on liver injury.Methods The intervention effects of traditional Chinese medicine on the liver injury genes were reviewed through evidence-based method from the following five aspects:chemical liver injury,immunity liver injury,alcohol liver injury,drug-induced liver injury and other liver injury.Results and Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine has a good protective effect on liver injury genes,and the application prospect of related drugs is broad.
