分级心理护理在3D腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术患者中的应用

Application of Graded Psychological Nursing in Patients Undergoing Radical Resection of Prostate Cancer under 3D Laparoscope

目的:探讨分级心理护理在3D腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术患者中的应用效果。方法:随机选取2018年1月1日~2020年1月1日行3D腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术的80例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例;对照组行常规护理,观察组采用分级心理护理;比较两组护理后围术期指标,汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分,症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分,匹兹堡睡眠指数(PSQI)评分,并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果:观察组首次排气时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.01);两组护理后HAMD、HAMA、SCL-90、PSQI评分均低于护理前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:分级心理护理模式有利于缩短3D腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术后患者首次排气时间及住院时间,缓解不良情绪,改善睡眠,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of graded psychological nursing in patients undergoing 3D laparoscopic radical resection of prostate cancer.Methods:A total of 80 patients who underwent 3D laparoscopic radical resection of prostate cancer from January 1,2018 to January 1,2020 were randomly selected as study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases each.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received graded psychological nursing.The perioperative indicators after nursing were compared between the two groups,including Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Symptom Checklist(SCL-90),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),complication rate and nursing satisfaction.Results:The first exhaust time and hospital stay time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01).HAMD,HAMA,SCL-90 and PSQI scores of the two groups after nursing were all lower than those before nursing(P<0.05),and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Graded psychological nursing model is beneficial to shorten the first exhaust time and hospital stay of patients after radical resection of prostate cancer under 3D laparoscopy,relieve bad mood,improve sleep,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote nursing satisfaction.
