摘要
陈白沙及江门学派具有良好的家风与学风。孝、义及工夫论上笃实的体证构成了陈白沙家风、学风的核心内容。陈白沙以“敬”作为孝的核心内涵,主张对父母及长辈的孝顺要尽心而适可,强调“善养”重于“禄养”。在为人处世方面,陈白沙主张以“义”为先,重义而轻利。在工夫论方面,陈白沙注重笃实的体证,并形成了自得之学。陈白沙笃实的家风、学风是江门学派旺盛生命力的保障,江门学派经由陈白沙、湛若水、唐枢、许孚远、刘宗周、黄宗羲依次传承,在阳明后学陷入空疏之学的窘境时,黄宗羲在江门学派中正、自然的理念的基础上提出了反君主专制的民主思想萌芽,将儒学的发展推向高峰。
Chen Baisha and the Jiangmen School were reputed to have a fine tradition in family life and learning pursuit.Filial piety,righteousness and cultivation of character constituted the core content of domestic life and scholarship pursuit of Chen Baisha and the Jiangmen School.Chen Baisha took“respect”as the core connotation of filial piety,advocated that filial piety to parents and elders should be conscientious and appropriate,and emphasized that mental care was more important than mere material support.In terms of dealing with people,Chen Baisha advocated that“righteousness”should come first and be above profit.In terms of self-cultivation,Chen Baisha paid attention to identifying with heavenly principles and formed his unique self-cultivation approaches.Chen Baisha and the Jiangmen School’s honest and conscientious style of life and scholarship guaranteed the school’s exuberant vitality,and the Jiangmen School,inherited and developed by Chen baisha,Zhan Ruoshui,Tang Shu,Xu Fuyuan,Liu Zongzhou and Huang Zongxi,produced the buds of democratic anti-autocratic thought and enhanced Confucianism to a new height when Wang Yangming school of thought degenerated into arcane mystery and empty talk.
