摘要
根据耙吸挖泥船波浪补偿系统的工作原理,提出确定系统液压压力的工程实用计算方法,在准静态假设的基础上,研究活塞杆伸出或缩进时系统压力的波动情况。对系统配置蓄能器体积参数进行敏感性分析,研究表明蓄能器体积宜为液压缸活塞行程体积的10倍。提出的计算方法与研究结论可用于指导疏浚工程中合理设定耙头波浪补偿系统液压工作压力,也可为被动波浪补偿装置的研究提供参考。
According to the working principle of the wave compensation system of trailing suction hopper dredger,the engineering practical calculation method for determining the system hydraulic pressure is proposed,and the fluctuation of system pressure when the piston rod is extended or retracted is studied based on the quasi-static assumption.The sensitivity of volume parameters of accumulator disposed in the system is analyzed,the research shows that the accumulator volume is suitable to be 10 times the stroke volume of hydraulic cylinder piston.The proposed calculation method and research conclusion can be used to guide the reasonable setting of hydraulic working pressure of drag head wave compensation system in the dredging project,and can also provide reference for the research of passive wave compensation device.
