摘要
系统研究面向船舶制造的基于模型定义(Model Based Definition,MBD)技术。以船体和舾装为例,定义基于三维模型的船舶三维数据集应用框架,并基于产品结构树建立三维标注模型与数据库之间的关联关系,使得MBD数据的存储与调用更为直观方便。基于二次开发技术建立基本数据集传递规则,提高数据传递效率。开发面向船舶制造数字化检测环节的MBD数字化检测系统,验证该应用框架的有效性。将MBD技术运用于船舶制造中,旨在使用集成化的三维实体模型完成船舶产品信息的表达,实现基于单一产品数据源的数字化设计。
The Model Based Definition(MBD)technology towards the ship manufacturing is systematically studied.The hull and outfitting are taken as the examples to define the application framework of ship 3D data set based on the 3D model,and based on the product structure tree,the association relationship between the 3D annotation model and database is established to make the storage and call of MBD data more intuitive and convenient.Based on the secondary development technology,the basic data set transfer rules are established to improve the efficiency of data transfer.The MBD digital detection system towards the ship manufacturing digital detection is developed to verify the effectiveness of the application framework.The MBD technology is applied in the ship manufacturing,aiming to use the integrated 3D entity model to complete the expression of ship product information and to realize the digital design based on the single product data source.
