摘要
通过浸渍法将硫酸高铈负载于凹凸棒石得到硫酸高铈凹凸棒石催化剂Ce(SO 4)2/ATP,并用于催化合成柠檬酸三丁酯。该催化剂利用扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)及X射线衍射仪(XRD)进行了结构表征分析。催化结果表明:在凹凸棒石催化剂用量为0.10 g、最佳反应时间为4 h、最佳摩尔比为4.5:1、重复使用次数为2次以内时催化效率最高。
The cerium sulfate was loaded on the attapulgite by the impregnation method to obtain the cerium sulfate attapulgite catalyst Ce(SO_(4))_(2)/ATP,which was used to catalyze the synthesis of tributyl citrate.The catalyst was characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),Fourier infrared spectrometer(FTIR)and X-ray diffractometer(XRD).The catalytic results showed that the catalytic efficiency was the highest when the amount of catalyst was 0.10 g,the best reaction time was 4 h,and the best molar ratio was 4.5:1.
