摘要
建立了用乙酸丁酯作为铁萃取剂分离三氯化铁中的铁基体,水浴富集样品,用ICP-OES同时测定样品中痕量的Cu、As、Pb、Cd、Zn、Cr、Co、V的方法。优化了盐酸加入量及萃后加热温度,后续通过方法检出限测试、标准物质的测试、未知样和标准样加标回收实验验证方法准确度和精密度。8种元素的方法检出限在0.4~14.4μg/L、方法加标回收率93.5%~109.0%、测定值的相对标准偏差<1.2%。
A method for the simultaneous determination of Trace Cu,As,Pb,Cd,Zn,Cr,Co and V in FeCl_(3) was developed by ICP-OES after separation of iron matrix from FeCl_(3) using butyl acetate as iron extractant and water bath enrichment.The addition amount of hydrochloric acid and heating temperature after extraction were optimized.The accuracy and precision of the method were verified by the method detection limit test,standard material test,unknown sample and standard sample addition recovery experiment.The detection limits of the eight elements were 0.4~14.4μg/L,the recoveries were 93.5%~109.0%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 1.2%.
