摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定南方红豆杉中金松双黄酮的含量。采用Acclaim TM 120 C 18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.2%冰醋酸(70:30)进行洗脱,柱温为30℃,流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为330 nm,对南方红豆杉中金松双黄酮进行含量测定。研究显示金松双黄酮在上述条件下分离度良好,线性良好,方法学考察的精密度、重复性、稳定性的RSD均小于3%,回收率为101.6%(RSD=4.5%)。结果表明该方法简便可行,测定准确,可用于南方红豆杉金松双黄酮含量的测定。
A HPLC method for the determination of sciadopitysin in Taxus chinensis var.mairei was established.The chromatographic separation was performed on a Acclaim TM 120 C 18 column,adopting acetonitrile-0.2%acetic acid solution(70:30)as the mobile phase.The column temperature was 30℃,the flow rate was 1 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was 330 nm.The results indicated the separation and linearity of sciadopitysin were good,the precision,repeatability and stability of RSD were all less than 3%,and the average recovery rate of sciadopitysin was 101.6%(RSD=4.5%).The method is simple and accurate,and can be used for the determination of sciadopitysin in Taxus chinensis var.mairei.
