高浓度鱼粉(海产品)加工废水处理工艺研究与应用

摘要 采用“预处理+气浮池+水解酸化+A 2O+絮凝沉淀+纤维转盘滤池+次氯酸钠消毒”的组合工艺对高含盐量、高COD、高氨氮的鱼粉加工及冷藏废水进行处理,处理规模为5000 m 3/d,总投资为2900万元,单位处理成本2.85元/吨污水。运行稳定、工艺成熟可靠、管理方便,系统运行效果良好,出水水质稳定可以达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)中的一级A类排放标准。 The combined process of“pretreatment+air floatation tank+hydrolysis acidification+A 2O+flocculation precipitation+fiber turntable filter+sodium hypochlorite disinfection”was used to treat fish meal processing and refrigerated wastewater with high salt content,high COD and high ammonia nitrogen.The treatment scale was 5000 m 3/d,the total investment was 29 million yuan,and the unit treatment cost was 2.85 yuan/ton of sewage.It has stable operation,mature and reliable process,convenient management and good system operation effect,and the stable effluent quality can meet the“Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant”(GB18918-2002)class A discharge standard.
