Minitab软件是基于六西格玛实施的常用工具,是全球领先的质量管理和六西格玛实施软件工具,更是持续质量改进的良好工具软件。本文通过Minitab软件列举实例阐述排列图、因果图、相关性分析、控制图和假设检验等方面在室温硫化液体硅橡胶生产质量控制中的应用,基于生产过程中统计数据的分析,有利于在生产过程中发现问题、分析问题和解决问题,促进产品质量的持续改进。

Minitab software is a common tool based on Six Sigma implementation.It is the world s leading quality management and Six Sigma implementation software tool,and is also a good tool software for continuous quality improvement.The application of Pareto Diagram,cause and effect diagram,correlation analysis,control chart and hypothesis test in the production quality control of RTV liquid silicone rubber was illustrated by using Minitab software.Based on the analysis of statistical data in the production process,it was conducive to find,analyze and solve problems in the production process,and promoted the continuous improvement of product quality.
