基于“吸附色谱技术”微课程的翻转课堂教学设计与实践

摘要 在目前信息化的大环境下,本课程紧贴时代背景,改革教学方法,将信息技术有效运用于天然药物化学课程“吸附色谱技术”项目的教学中,将教学内容细化,转换成微课程资源。依托课程平台,将微课程的资源运用于基于SPOC平台的混合式翻转课堂学习模式,顺应教学改革和课堂创新需要,让学生在吸附色谱技术的线上学习与线下学习不断互动、相互促进,具有提升教学效果的实践价值。 In the current information environment,following the background of times,the teaching method was reformed,and the information technology was effectively applied in the teaching of Adsorption Chromatography Technology project of Natural Pharmaceutical Chemistry course,refining the teaching content and transforming it into micro-course resources.Relying on the course platform,micro-course resources were applied to the mixed flipped classroom learning mode based on SPOC platform,to meet the needs of teaching reform and classroom innovation,so that students can interact and promote each other in online and offline learning of adsorption chromatography technology,which had the practical value of improving teaching effect.
