中美贸易战背景下,半导体特别是集成电路产业技术人才的大量缺口对高校材料学科的课程改革提出了新的要求。未来的人才必须是理论和实际相结合的人才,高校可以加强与企业界的合作开展实践课程设置,建立系统的、开放的、灵活的课程体系,使专业课程设置紧跟产业与行业背景,不与现实社会需求脱节,有助于新工科人才的创新创业能力培养探索,对于国内材料学科相关专业进行半导体产业的人才培养,具有一定的迫切性。

In the context of the Sino-US trade war,the large number of gaps in the technical personnel of the semiconductor industry,especially the integrated circuit industry,has put forward new requirements for the reformation of materials science courses in universities.The future talents must be a combination of theory and practice.Colleges and universities can strengthen cooperation with the business community to develop practical curriculum,establish a systematic,open and flexible curriculum system,so that professional curriculum settings closely follow the industry and industry background,which is not out of touch with the actual social needs,and is helpful for the exploration of the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of new engineering talents.It has certain practical significance and promotion value for the cultivation of domestic information professionals.
