乡村振兴战略下地方饮食民俗的传承与弘扬——以四川省广安地区为例 被引量:3

摘要 以广安地区特有的饮食民俗,如坐歌堂时吃的特色咸干菜系列、中秋节吃的碓窝儿糍粑、农忙时吃的皮蛋等等为研究对象,通过田野调查法得知,正如《乡村振兴战略规划(2018-2022年)》所指出的,实施乡村振兴战略是传承中华优秀传统文化的有效途径。随着社会经济的发展,原有的地方饮食民俗在不断的发展中逐渐弱化,甚至消失。但无可否认,这些传统地方饮食民俗可以在不断的变迁中与时俱进,比如与旅游结合以促进乡村经济的发展,通过深挖地区优秀饮食民俗背后所体现的文化意蕴,以发挥地域文化的教育功能,促进社会和谐发展,等等。 As is pointed out in the Strategic Planning for Rural Revitalization(2018-2022),implementing the strategy of rural revitalization is an effective way to inherit the excellent traditional Chinese culture.With the social and economic development,many local dieting customs have gradually become less noticeable,even vanished.However,there is no denying that these traditional local food customs can keep pace with the times in constant changes,.when combined with tourism,they can serve as additional driving forces for the development of the rural economy.Guangan,located in northeastern Sichuan,has its unique customs:dishes made of special dried salted vegetables at zuogetang,a singing party held the night before the marriage of a daughter;duiwociba,a special hand-made glutinous rice paste on mid-autumn day;pidan,preserved duck eggs for the busy season.All these can be inherited and developed.Besides,its educational functions can also be performed when the local people are more familiar with their cultural roots,which,hopefully,will contribute to the harmonious development of the society.
