Digital Cooperative Office Management of Huoshenshan Hospital Ward

目的探讨火神山医院病区及医疗队数字化协同办公应对策略。方法传染病医院的病区管理、办公模式与传统医院截然不同,为了更好地做好批量新冠肺炎的病区救治工作,武汉火神山医院结合此次疫情,针对医院环境特点、办公条件、防护要求、患者特点等积极采取应对策略。结果利用好现有的救治资源和数字化硬件、软件,合理制定应对方案措施,实现了病区数字化办公、医疗队人员内部协作的合理化、最优化。结论针对前一阶段本院病区办公管理、队内协同工作经验进行总结,为今后传染病救治医疗机构数字化、信息办公管理提供借鉴和参考。

Objective To explore the strategy of digital collaborative office work of wards and medical teams of Wuhan Huoshenshan Hospital.Methods The ward management and office mode of infectious disease hospitals were totally different from those of traditional hospitals.In order to do a better job in the ward treatment of batch COVID-19 patients,Wuhan Huoshengshan Hospital actively adopted coping strategies in combination with the epidemic,the hospital's environmental characteristics,office conditions,protection requirements and patient characteristics.Results The medical staff made good use of the existing treatment resources and digital hardware and software,reasonably formulated the response plan and measures and realized the rationalization and optimiza⁃tion of the digital office in the ward and the internal cooperation of the medical team.Conclusion Summarize the experience of the hospital management of the hospital ward and the team's collaborative work in the previous stage,and provide reference for the digitalization and information office management of medical institutions for the treat⁃ment of infectious diseases in the future.
