Modular Management of Surgical Sterile Preparations in Field Medical Cabin

目的为快速展开野外环境条件下手术救治任务,解决传统野外环境下手术无菌物品准备中存在的不足。方法依托野战医疗方舱对手术无菌物品准备采用集约化、模块化管理,主要针对手术器械、一次性无菌物品及手术辅助用品在野外环境下手术使用和卫勤训练保障实践中存在的不足,进行重新归类分组、模块化配置和科学装箱。结果在多次野战医疗所卫勤保障任务中,实施手术无菌物品准备模块化管理,降低了手术无菌物品数量、种类及项目漏备现象的发生,手术无菌物品准备完善率达到96.7%,缩短手术前无菌物品准备时间。结论手术无菌物品准备实施模块化管理具有快捷、高效、充分、齐全等优点,适合野外救援及卫勤训练保障时应用,适合野外平战时手术无菌物品准备需求。

Objective To quickly launch the surgical rescue task under the conditions of field environ⁃ment,and solve the shortcomings in the preparation of sterile items for surgery in the traditional field environment.Methods Based on the field medical cabin,intensive and modular management was adopted for the preparation of sterile surgical items.In view of the shortcomings of surgical instruments,disposable sterile items and surgical aux⁃iliary supplies in the practice of operation and medical service training in the field environment,reclassification,grouping,modular configuration and scientific packing were carried out.Results Sterile surgical items were pre⁃pared for modular management and used in many medical field health service tasks,reducing the missing prepara⁃tion of aseptic surgical items in terms of quantity,type,and surgery.The rate of preparation for aseptic surgical i⁃tems has reached 96.7%,shortened the preparation time before surgery.Conclusion The modular management of sterile surgical items preparation is fast,efficient,and well-prepared.They are suitable for field rescue and medi⁃cal training applications and are suitable for the preparation of aseptic surgical items in the field during the peace⁃time war.
